Get The Edge SMS Competition – Term & Conditions:

  1. SMS’s are charged at R5 per sms. Free sms’ do not apply.
  2. Winning entries will be confirmed on this Page and on the BenSteyn.com Facebook Page.
  3. The prize is transferable and private individuals may enter on behalf of businesses
  4. The prize consists of a Get The Edge marketing package that will be set up and maintained for 2 years.
  5. No employees, friends or family members of BenSteyn.com may enter the competition.
  6. Discount offered is dependant on a deposit of not less than R200 being paid to BenSteyn.com within 7 days of entering the competition.
  7. 25% discount refers only to initial setup of the marketing campaign – Discount does not apply to monthly maintenance fee.
  8. Winners are final and no discussion will be entered into.

General Terms And Conditions:

  1. 50% Deposit is to be paid before design and setup will commence – This is to cover expenses incurred by BenSteyn.com during setup and registration
  2. Maintenance fees can be paid monthly, quarterly  or yearly
  3. Advertising the website to web search engines and updating webpages occur only after full payment of design fees is made.
  4. BenSteyn.com reserves the right to remove webpages from viewing on the world wide web until payment of all outstanding fees are received.
  5. BenSteyn.com does not warrant that the functions contained in these webpages or the world wide website will meet the all Client’s requirements or that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted and/or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the webpages and website is with the Client.
  6. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the Client and remain the property of their respective owners. BenSteyn.com and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
  7. Blog sites and mini sites created to enhance ranking of primary site/Google place page stay the property of BenSteyn.com
  8. The agreement contained in this contract and the Website Planning Worksheet constitutes the sole agreement between BenSteyn.com and the Client regarding this website.
  9. The contract can be cancelled by either party with a minimum of 3 months notice.
  10. SMS costs are to be paid before any sms marketing will be done. Basic tariff is R 0.34 per SMS. A minimum amount of R 340 is to be paid(1000 SMS’s).
